Energy Healing
Energy healing sessions are gentle, intuitive spaces designed to bring your nervous system, emotions, and inner awareness back into alignment.

Each session blends Reiki energy work with intuitive guidance and oracle card reflection. Rather than predicting your future, the intention is to help you understand what your body and life are already communicating so you can move forward with clarity and self trust.
During a session you may experience emotional release, deep relaxation, physical warmth or tingling, memories surfacing, or a quiet sense of peace. Every experience is different because your system leads the process.
This work is supportive for:
• emotional overwhelm and anxiety
• feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself
• life transitions and relationship shifts
• spiritual awakening or inner growth
• reconnecting to intuition and inner clarity
Sessions are offered in a calm, non judgmental space. Nothing is imposed or forced. Your system moves at the pace it is ready for.
Energy healing is about helping you hear yourself again.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, respectful healing practice that originated in Japan and is rooted in the understanding that life force energy flows through all living beings.
At its essence, Reiki is about presence, listening, and allowing. The practitioner does not impose or direct healing. Instead, they serve as a clear, grounded channel for universal life energy, offering the body and spirit a safe space to return to balance.
Reiki meets each person where they are. It supports the nervous system, the emotional body, and the subtle energy field by encouraging relaxation and harmony. When the body feels safe, it remembers how to soften, release, and restore itself in its own time and wisdom.
Because Reiki works with energy rather than force, it is not limited by physical distance. With intention, attunement, and consent, Reiki can be received just as gently and effectively through virtual sessions.
